By relocating all activities, logistics and warehouse services to a single central warehouse... managed by FX.

Imported components arrived at this new UK location in bulk for the breakdown and assembly of specific, often high value, customer orders.

To minimise our clients business risk, we introduced new steps:

  • Immediate testing for faults
  • Diagnosis of component failure
  • Careful selection, despatch and tracing of faulty or replacement items
  • Full and accurate inventory lifecycle reporting

We also re-engineered and streamlined the supply chain to achieve improvements in all areas, including successful delivery to our clients own customers. To overcome storage congestion, we provided adequate warehouse space with plenty or room to grow. As well as the physical space, we continue to provide our fully trained resources and an onsite network status monitoring service. These scaleable, flexible solutions are set to serve our client well into the future.
