An interim solution...

We found a suitable organisation but there was a four-month gap before it could provide these services.

FX therefore delivered an interim solution:

• Storage of all materials at our warehouse
• Goods receiving system from regional storage facilities
• Centralisation of all representative supplies
• Removal of damaged and redundant materials
• Reduction of pallet space from 1200 to 300

When ready to take over, the third party organisation received a fully cleaned inventory from FX. This simplified the task of distributing goods via an agreed 'drop-box' system.

Service continuity was maintained throughout.
